I bought my first house when I was young and just starting my family. I remember exactly how it felt — thrilled and completely out of my depth at the same time — and honestly, that's the day I decided I wanted to do this for a living. I was born and raised in Millbrook, raised my own kids there, and I'm in Selwyn now. Never left the area. First-time buyers are my favourite. There's a moment where someone walks into a place and starts picturing their life in it, kids, or just their own space for the first time. Buying a house is a hectic process.
