Having lived in Peterborough for the past 25 years, I have been involved in various retail, hospitality and service industries. I have managed and operated various businesses, and have set up and successfully built my own businesses to succeed in competitive markets. Working in the real estate industry since 1989, I have been involved in both residential and commercial properties, but commercial property has been my main focus. I was born in the Peterborough area and moved to attend college in Toronto. I spent 20 years in the software industry, traveling throughout the North American continent to provide consulting services to various industries. Always in the back of my mind was the desire to move back to Peterborough where my wife and I planned to raise our children, with all the benefits that this fantastic area offers. I’ve proudly called the Peterborough area home for nearly 40 years. After moving to Hiawatha First Nation as a teenager and attending high school at Thomas A. Stewart, I completed post-secondary studies at Fleming College and Trent University. This region isn’t just where I live — it’s where I’ve built a life, raised my amazing daughter, and grown deep roots in the community. Before moving to this area, I had lived in various suburbs in and around the GTA. Although it was nice, I'm so thankful that my family moved us here. I find that there's something so special and just otherworldly beautiful about Peterborough and the Kawarthas.
